Important Information
There is a $20 one-time fee deposit for all units.
To rent a storage unit, each applicant must fill out the an application in person, plus provide the following documentations:
- ID card with applicants name & photo
- Social Security Card
- Utility bill with applicants name, such as a gas bill or electric bill (must be a utility bill which ties the lessee name to a physical address)
- First month’s rent must be in a money order or cashier’s check, with a $20 key deposit, payable to DDCM.
